Level up your digital marketing with these 6 online resources that plan, inspire, analyse, and even write for your social media so you can also focus on strategy and not stress.

  1. Cosmos acts like an AI sidekick that can brainstorm ideas, draft captions, and generate hashtags so you never face a blank page. Think Tumblr-like feed for inspiration.

Cosmos can be used for many things, in this Blog, I have personally recommended it for inspiration purposes, if you ever scrolled tumblr on a rainy day back in the early 2000's, you know a little inspiration can go a long way, Cosmos is reminicent of tumblr for me, and I am sure it has multiple uses, however for me the most relevant is for inspiration.

  1. Social Media Today keeps you up to date with the latest trends, news, and best practices so your strategy stays sharp and relevant.

Social Media Today is a real-time resource for engaging with latest trends and keeping yourself in-the-know. This is also useful for general industry updates such as a latest feature update or a new software change affecting the user experience.

  1. Preview helps you visually plan your Instagram or TikTok grid, drag-and-drop posts, and schedule a cohesive feed.

Before I found preview, I used to use Canva, and create exactly what preview is, a visual example of what your feed will look like in the future, after you post. Preview is good for that, although recent instagram updates would detract from this tools relevancy as you can now re-organize your IG grid. I have experienced some minor glitches when using this on an apple mac, so would definitely only rate it a solid 3 out of 5 for user friendliness and consistency..

  1. ClickUp keeps your content calendar, tasks, and more; organised in one place so your social posts move smoothly from idea to published.

Clickup is always a great option for so many uses, including the making of notes in your Zoom / Google Meet meetings, which I recently found out was possible with Clickup.

Clickup is one of those tools you see in a sponsored ad where you're told to cancel other subscriptions and "just use this one tool". Real life example of a time I heard someone describing Clickup in a way that I did not resonate with - they said Clickup was 'too simple', I disagree, while Clickup covers task management, communication between team members (inbox feature and an open comment section where everyone on the project can view your conversation but you should @ people if you want them to get a notification ) or people working on the same project etc, it also offers hierarchical seats where a manager can delegate to a group of employees or a group of employees can chat amongst themselves but

  1. Inflact gives you Instagram-specific superpowers with scheduling, profile analytics, and hashtags.

I specifically use Inflact for hashtag research. E.g. finding the right popular hashtags for my social posts. Inflact for hashtags is for me; what SEO software is for keyword research, you can technically put any old keyword in your meta description or any old hashtag in your social post, however, to increase your overall ranking, try jump on some trends, you may want to consider some calculated research.

  1. Perplexity helps you research, outline, and write scroll-stopping captions and content ideas in minutes, ready to adapt to your brand voice.

Perplexity is also a legitimate option for anyone looking to save-time or anyone whos intrigued by those sponsored ads referring to an 'ai assistant', perplexity is accurate, adjusts to your specific needs and has some level of recall, which is convenient, i.e. will refer to your previous input.
