SCOPE AND SERVICES
Services may include but are not limited to: digital marketing strategy, SEO, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, analytics, and consultancy.
The exact scope of work will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or contract before commencement.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate agreement and additional fees.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate, timely information, content, and approvals as required.
Ensure that all content, branding assets, and materials provided for use (if provided by client) are either owned by the Client or licensed for use in the project.
Maintain active communication for efficient project delivery.
CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver services with professionalism, integrity, and in line with industry best practices.
Maintain confidentiality of all client data and business information.
Provide progress updates as agreed (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), applicable to retainer clients.
Communicate the use of client intellectual property or digital assets when seeking to feature them in the Consultant’s portfolio.
PAYMENT TERMS
Reasonable revisions are included as per the agreement.
Excessive or major scope changes will be subject to additional charges.
REVISIONS AND AMENDMENTS

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Either party may cancel services by providing written notice, in accordance with the notice period specified in the agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared by the Client is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without prior written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Final deliverables become the Client’s property once full payment is received.
The Consultant retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LIABILITY
The Consultant will be held liable for producing media or audio that infringes on copyright.
The Client remains responsible for compliance with advertising platforms, laws, and regulations related to their business.
COMMUNICATION
Primary communication will take place via email and scheduled meetings.
Response times will typically be within 4 business days.
GOVERNING LAW
This policy shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South Africa.
All of the above information applies in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract or agreement, depending on the nature and structure of the work.
